Survey, then fix
We measure the space before we change equipment.

Survey
We walk the building and measure coverage where people actually work: desks, exam rooms, classrooms, racks, and docks.
Step 2
Plan
You get an access point plan: what to keep, what to move or add, plus channel and power settings. Not a guess from a floor plan alone.
Step 3
Remediate
We install or reconfigure the wireless so the weak spots are covered. Cabling and mounting are included when the plan calls for them.
Step 4
Validate
We check coverage again after the work so you can see the dead zones are gone.
Step 5
Managed Wi-Fi, if you want it
Optional. We can keep the wireless managed, and we can take on the rest of your IT. You don’t have to.

Common questions
Do you survey first, or can you just install equipment?
We survey first. Putting access points up without measuring the building is how dead zones stick around. If you already have a plan and only want it installed, say so on the form. We’ll tell you straight whether a survey is still the right first step.
We already have an MSP. Will you still do the wireless?
Yes. We can survey and fix the Wi-Fi while your current provider keeps everything else. We’ll coordinate with them so network changes aren’t a surprise. Managed Wi-Fi or the rest of your IT from NextWave is a separate choice, and only if you want it.
How long does a survey take?
A single office or clinic is often one site visit, then a written plan and quote. Warehouses and multi-floor buildings take longer on site. We’ll confirm timing when we schedule, after we know the building.
Can you cover more than one building?
Yes. Tell us how many sites you have and the city or ZIP for each. We survey the buildings that need it and keep the findings separate.
Is this for home Wi-Fi?
No. This is for commercial buildings. We don’t set up residential routers or home mesh systems.
